3997. [And the sons of Israel went into the midst of the sea on dry ground; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left], vs. 22. That the waters were a wall unto them shows that if evil genii fly around on every side, they cannot in the least touch the mind wherein is that spiritual wind spoken of above [n. 3995], nor have any effect thereon.
