This is a concept that that forms the same base for what we call a commonwealth, but in the context of doctrine includes the presence of God. It consists of the presence of the Divine in justice, morality, industry, knowledge, and uprightness; and the presence of the necessities of life, occupations, protection, and a sufficiency of wealth.
